CHCA is sponsoring a

Neighborhood Yard Sale

Saturday, April 4th

8AM until 2PM

CHCA will place advertisements in local newspapers and other venues.  Near the day of the event, we will post signs within the neighborhood.  Residents can sell their items at their homes or organize with their neighbors to have several families’ items at one house!  In addition, CHCA has contacted the city and for this neighborhood yard sale, we are not required to obtain a permit!

Yard Sales are fun and an excellent way to earn extra $$$$
