Beginning in 2005, Capitol Heights Civic Association began submitting annual grant requests to BONDS for assistance in purchasing markers for our community.  Your membership dues, fund raising efforts, and grants from BONDS have enable CHCA to let Montgomery’s travelers know they have arrived in Capitol Heights!
