Membership dues for the 2008-2009 term are due to be paid by May 13th.  Dues can be paid at any regular meeting or you may mail them to the association. 

When mailing your membership dues, please include the following information:

Your Mailing Address

Your Capitol Heights Property Address (if different from mailing)

Your Phone Number

Your Email Address 

Dues for 2008-2009 are:

Seniors — $5.00          Individuals — $10.00          Household — $15.00

Mail the requested member information along with your check to:

Payment of membership dues must be current to participate in voting of CHCA or to run for office.  Membership Renewal occurs annually and dues are payable at or before the association meeting held in May.
