The following motion was presented, seconded, discussed and unanimously approved:
Capitol Heights Civic Association amends the previous motion and prefers to take the position that the San Antonio plan is a step in the right direction. However, we prefer the plan to rebuild include: wooden windows, appropriate historic mouldings, pitch of roof to be a better match to the more historic architecture styles of the neighborhood. Appropriate historical architecture changes such as bungalow orientation, porch across most of the front of the house.

An agreement was made to explain the “WonderMakers” plans and project in the newsletter that is to be mailed in the middle of next week. We will include language inviting everyone to our meeting.

A motion to adjourn was adopted. The meeting was adjourned at 8:55 p. m.
